For casino employees and managers
Hospitality, assertiveness, safety awareness, and resilience are important qualities for casino employees. Guests want service, attention, and a safe environment. We teach employees about the use and the need for alertness and a sense of security. By means of treatment principles taught in the training, employees will be prepared to react proactively and appropriately. Consciousness of their preventive role and active treatment skills will contribute directly to safety and a sense of security. This allows difficult situations to be recognised, prevented, and returned to normal.
General training goal
The casino employee will become more resilient with the aid of our principles. The employee will become aware of his or her responsibility and individual role. In the case of difficult or aggressive behaviour, the behaviour will be respectfully yet clearly rejected, instead of the guest, and the human relationship remains intact. You and your guests will notice that the employee has everything under control and is in a position to keep it that way. Unique, but also suspicious situations, will be noted and shared.
