We find it important to connect a training or educational programme to reality 100%. That reality differs with every client. After some research is done, each training or educational programme is custom developed and provided by us based on the wants and needs of the client The end result is the recognition and acknowledgement in the participants.

Practice

There is no role play, but a highly realistic feeling is achieved through practical scenarios and context-oriented training in the actual work environment. Participants apply the practical and simple skills taught to them and achieve the desired results, which include the prevention of aggression on the work floor.

E-Learning

Support for the participants by means of our digital learning environment. The participants prepare themselves using the Bureau Control Learning Square. Participants acquire a basic knowledge of the theory through interactive methods. This allows everyone to start at the same level and there is more room and opportunity to experience more practical scenarios.
