A guest is being aggressive and intimidating
How do you handle this?
Trainings and educational programmes for security personnel
Aggression towards people with in public or assistance positions can lead to a great deal of indignation and unrest. It unfortunately occurs regularly. In addition to the aggression prevention skills that we have developed, imagining scenarios, preparation, and formulating a plan of action are all crucial. They help to defuse a situation more safely, make you more resilient, and you can complete the task securely. For security officers, we have developed specialised trainings and educational programmes. Other types of communication, proactive behaviour, early suppression, reacting in tense situations, and teamwork are all elements that will be addressed.
General training goal
The security officer will begin to realise from the training that proper treatment generates cooperation. They will also learn that the use of brute force often has the wrong effect. In situations where brute force is inevitable, the security officer will know how to apply this in moderation and will be conscious of the use and necessity of the choice. Furthermore, the security officer will learn to avoid the potential use of violence, so that negative consequences can be prevented as much as possible.
